Kazakhstan halts contaminated oil from spreading outside country
Kazakhstan has contained the spread of contaminated oil within its borders by reducing exports to China and altering the schedule of supplies to domestic refineries, energy ministry and pipeline operator KazTransOil said on Wednesday.
