Tropical Depression Fifteen forms over eastern Atlantic - U.S. NHC

Tropical Depression Fifteen has formed in the eastern Atlantic and is forecast to become a tropical storm by early Tuesday morning, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said.
