NHC says 40% chance of cyclone formation near South Carolina
A small area of low pressure located few hundred miles southeast of Charleston, South Carolina has 40% chance of cyclone formation in the next 48 hours, the U.S. Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Tuesday.
