Tropical Storm Lorenzo forms near Cabo Verde Islands: U.S. NHC

Tropical Depression Thirteen has strengthened into Storm Lorenzo over the Atlantic and is expected to become a hurricane by Wednesday, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.
