Climate activists block traffic in U.S. capital, chain themselves to sailboat

Activists seeking to pressure U.S. politicians to fight climate change blocked major traffic hubs in the U.S. capital on Monday - chaining themselves to a sailboat in one location - as they sought to draw attention to a U.N. Climate Summit that will be attended by leaders from about 60 countries.
