U.S. EPA says to make decisions on 2018 small refinery waivers in next few weeks
The Environmental Protection Agency hopes to rule in the next few weeks on 2018 petitions to obtain a small refinery waiver from the nation's biofuel laws, administrator Andrew Wheeler said on Monday.
