U.S. appeals court upholds Hyundai-Kia gas mileage settlement

A U.S. appeals court on Thursday upheld a $210 million nationwide class-action settlement for owners of Hyundai Motor Co and Kia Motors Corp vehicles whose fuel economy was inflated.
