Mitsui's ITC hit with water pollution charges after Texas tank fire
Mitsui & Co Ltd's Intercontinental Terminals Co faces five environmental criminal charges following a chemical fire in March at its Deer Park, Texas, petrochemical storage facility, local officials said on Monday.
