Germany's greenhouse gas emissions fall by 4.2 percent in 2018

Germany's greenhouse gas emissions fell 4.2 percent in 2018, as high coal prices discouraged burning of the fuel at power stations and unusually hot weather curbed heating demand, official figures showed on Tuesday.
