California storms to dump up to seven feet of snow, force evacuations

A big Pacific storm is set to dump up to seven feet of snow in California's Sierra Nevada mountains and several inches of rain elsewhere in the state on Wednesday and Thursday, compounding the flood risk after earlier rain storms blew through the state.
